The ease with which organisations can conduct business online has become an important signal of not only how developed and globally competitive their home countries are, but also the emphasis that is being given to innovation and entrepreneurship. Currently, and across the Caribbean region, it has been widely acknowledged that there e-commerce-related services are difficult to secure.
 
This survey, which has been developed by ICT Pulse, seeks to better understand what Caribbean businesses are experiencing with regard securing e-commerce/online merchant services, along with what features and/or support they might like to have in the future.
